Kind of the like the exercise myth that says you will burn more fat by going for a walk because your heart rate is in the "fat burning zone" when in reality it is much more beneficial from a calorie burning perspective to go for a nice long run ?

I believe diet is important. However, a good exercise program always puts me in the mood to eat well (not to mention all the other health benefits).

I plan on eating and working out a lot, and then just getting back at it on Friday.

Took over a year but went down from 260 to 175 lbs. That was 5 years ago. I have been able to maintain for 5 years and counting.
