I haven't but I'm at a low weight (and hypothyroidism) just trying to recomp. Also I don't use a food scale so 50% of my exercise cals are buffers. Careful mfp likes to overestimate how much you burn. Try it for a week. If you lose weight eating them back then do it. If not try 50% or less.

Yeah there's a difference between juniors and women's. 0,1,3,5,7+ odd is juniors. 0,2,4,6+ even is women's. I can't fit women's right bc my bone/shape so I wear juniors. But each brand fits different imo. I can be anywhere from 0-3

Instead of soy sauce braggs organic amino is good. Lower sodium but tastes similar and way healthier.

So good. My exemployer sold one. First pick a grain (quinoa, brown rice, etc) then pick veggies, top off with protein. Some add fats like avocado and nuts/seeds too. Add sauce if you like and get creative.
