Did not log yesterday or today. Probably gained 5 temp pounds And 2 pounds in fat. Who cares. I start again tomorrow Monday.

You will lose weight not meeting your calorie goal & not eating back your calories. But you might struggle long term with binge eating or muscle loss.

Oh! If thats the case then...I think Im set xD I go through 2 romaines, 2 zucchinis, 2 carrots, an avocado and 2 fruits all in one day. Thank you so much for the input! <3

Im 5'1 And i eat 1200-1400 And I run everyday & Im a cashier. To be honest Im not very active.

My deficit is 1500-2000 calories a week. So 1 pound to 1.5 pounds a week. I dont think its that high acually. I just assumed it was normal.

I was starving last night (8pm) after a second workout so I had three bowls of cereal haha. I woke up to my weekly weigh in and I still lost weight. Calories in vs calories out. This is my life. Ive come to terms that Im a sugar addict and I can only lose weight/maintain if I cut it out of my diet. I feel better on a plant based diet and even a taste of sugar gives me stomach cramps and it stimulates my bulimia.

My food scale: Its called The Biggest Loser food scale and I got it at walmart for 23$. Its lasted me 3 years and its super sturdy. My fitness tracker: Fitbit charge hr. 100$ on ebay. I recommend it. It helped me lose those last 5 vanity pounds. Because of the accuracy.
