I'm late and just seeing this now, but would like to jump on the bandwagon. I gained 11 lbs over the holidays, mainly from having a surgery and then lying around eating carbs and sugar. So, have you been trying it? I want to do it as well to get me into Ketosis, but I read a lot of articles stating that it throws womens' hormones out of wack. What has your experience been so far? The last 3 days I've had a BPC in the morning and then waited to eat until 10 am...as opposed to 6 am.

How are you coming along with your christmas goal? I just started Keto on Sunday and would like to lose between 10-15 lbs in the next 3 weeks. (I'll be having a surgery and want to get as low as possible) Do you think its possible?

I'm doing Keto too. Just started Sunday, but was doing Atkins/low carb before that. So far, the only real difference in my diet is the lack of yummy atkins snack bars and the fact that I also started tracking my macros here. This week, I've lost 4 lbs already, but of course I realize it's water weight.
