None because I'm already broke and prefer not to further waste my money.

I've found alternatives to all of the crap I used to eat. I could eat a whole box of snack cakes in one day plus loads of other food. Since it's all about calories, find "healthier" things with lower calories you can sub. That way you can still enjoy treats but won't have to sacrifice so many calories.

People are just trying to help you. If you seriously want to lose weight, I would follow the CICO. It works. And if you need more calories, add in exercise to allow yourself the ability to eat more. I'm studying to be a nutritionist and I'm going to tell you that you're wasting your money on this dietician. I'm not sure…

Not sure about exporting but if your diary is public, your workout partner can view it and copy your food into theirs.

Get rid of him and get a dog. Problem solved. My second piece of advice would be to tell him to go kick bricks. Tell him you don't appreciate any ounce of negativity and if he isn't interested in supporting you, then he can keep his lips sealed about the topic.

I've been doing intermittent fasting for almost a year. It's awesome! Good luck!

Why not focus on one thing at a time? Since you struggle to both eat well and workout, focus on just eating better at first. I highly recommend meal prepping. Pick one day a week and prep all the stuff you'll need throughout that week. Line up snacks, too. This way, it's all ready to go and you don't even have to think…

Anyone is free to add me! I am working on being more active with statuses and motivational stuff!
-
Cuz we're hungry

You died? I'm a bit confused. First, welcome. I wouldn't overwhelm yourself with too much right away. There's a lot to the app. Finesse one thing before exploring another.
-
Oh! I just figured it out. Click on the username and then click on the username again and it will have an "add friend" button
-
Same! Can't figure it out
-
Keep in mind it's more about what you eat than your physical activity. Being active certainly helps because it allows us to eat more if we need it, but you can lose weight without exercise.

I'm in the age range but have lots more to lose and will take longer to do so but I'm in!

I gladly donate anything that becomes too big or unflattering for me. I refuse to ever have a need for them again. Perhaps if they're cheaper items, you could recycle/repurpose them so you can still hold on to some?
-
Usually what does it for me is looking up how many calories each item has. Nope. Back away.
-
Anyone can add me but I can keep you motivated!
-
Feel free to add me. We may have different diets and exercise routines but I can keep you motivated and maybe inspire.
-
Losing weight is empowering for me. Seeing my body change and having the capability to push myself to do things I haven't been able to do before is awesome. Could you find a buddy to hold you accountable?
-
Welcome! My story is similar to yours but this time will be different :) Good luck on your journey

28, going on 29. Lost 71 and looking to lose a total of 240
-
Sure! I'm all for motivational stuff! Welcome!
-
You need to be keeping your mind busier and make sure you're drinking enough water. I have the same problem; when I'm bored, I just eat and constantly think I'm hungry.
-
Feel free to add me. You can do it! I have way more to lose and I'm determined to get it done
-
Feel free to add me. I lost 71# last year and my goal at the end of 2017 is to be at 150# loss. I would like to be at my goal by the time I turn 30, in 16 months but I'm also OK with just being close.

I've been intermittent fasting for about 10 months. Won't ever go back!

My tattoo artist is difficult to book with so I can't make these rewards because it would be too difficult to line up.
-
I believe it's very much a US thing.
-
I've decided to reward myself by pampering myself. Pedicures, facials, and buying new outfits. I need to stop with the sweets. They're not good for me and make me feel bogged down.

The answer is always no.
