I'm in the UK and about 76lbs to goal weight. I'm planning to increase my exercise with daily walks and keep an eye on portion size and what times I'm eating. I'm back to work from maternity leave soon so that should help me stop snacking all through the day. Looking for lots of support to stop from giving up.
