  • I was able to lose at first at 1200 Cal, but then was at a standstill until I increased my calories to between 1500-1650 or so with a light workout. Then the weight and inches started coming off again. Sometimes less is not the answer!
  • I know it works for me to picture my future self in one year from now, and all the things I can do when, not if, I meet my goal. Just keep going, you can do this!!
  • I live in the UP of Michigan, so I feel your pain with the snow! I just started my weight loss journey 3 weeks ago and am still mustering up the motivation to begin an exercise regimen. Hopefully today is the day!!
