Im trying to lose weight to and it is very beneficial. I eat alot of mine back and I'm down 25 pounds in 2 months. Intentional means just that. Hitting the gym or going for a run or a zumba class.

My mind has been programmed to think bread = fat. I find myself always taking 1 slice off if I'm eating any kind of sandwich.

Why is that? If you have to log every bite you take no matter how small why not every step? You are still burning calories.
