If you are active then you need more calories to support the workouts which is why calories increased. Fat loss is different to weight loss as your body shape might change but the weight on scale hasn’t changed . This doesn’t mean that there isn’t progress

spend an hour or so on the weekend to meal prep so all ready to go. Have veggies/fruit bagged up so can just grab and go. I than cook extra on a wednesday night to keep me going onto the weekend.

if you have a fitbit or whatever it indicates how much you are burning just sat around all day. Ive been up an hour and it says ive burned 745 calories so you can see that by the end of the day this could be quite a few without factoring in any exercise. I managed to change the mfp setting so it does not increase calories…

SW doesnt help with portion control. better going back to using mfp and counting calories
