How do I join?

I did eighty seven minutes yesterday, but the day before; none. Do we get rest days? I plan to walk sixty minutes today. Everyone is doing so well, good goin', guys!

I am not counting steps, but I made my goal for today. Did 72 minutes of walking on a treadmill. Met goal two days in a row-" woot woot", everyone, for reaching your goal!

To you above me, that's great, and fast!! I walked for one hour, don't know the mileage but my goal is met for today, because it is to walk at least 30 minutes a day (for thirty days). So, yay!

Today is day one of this challenge- I plan to do fifty minutes of walking today, and I'll check in tonight to say if I did just that or something else. I wish you all good walking weather!

I would like to be in this challenge. My goal is to walk 30 minutes a day for thirty days. If I go over 30 minutes good, if I do less, make it up later. But ideally I want to walk at least 30 minutes a day for at least 26 of the 30 days. Good luck everyone!!!

Hi Everyone, CL from NY here. Today went well, I ate mostly within my food plan, although I was over in my proteins but not in my calories or fats. Also today was day 2 of the 30 day walking challenge and I did it. So foodwise and exercise it was a good day!!!Hope you all had one too!
