Hi I started on 30th Dec at 108kgs (238lbs) and after 4 weeks, I am at 103.3kgs (227lbs) so a loss of 11lbs. Avg loss per week of 2.3lbs. At 180cm (5ft 9in) and doing 1600cal a day with no exercise.
