it depends on what exercise you are doing if it is your shoulders I would suggest a lighter weight with 8-10 reps if you are a beginner .... If you have the time it would be great if you could fit weight training in at least 3x a week let me know and I will write some thing out for you.

of course you can be a healthier version, you have already started by joining this group. What I find really helps is keeping track of your food intake it amazing how much we eat and don't realize it, this way you can see where you are going. keep up the good work.

I am also looking for a friend to encourage me and for some one that i can talk to and be accountable to as I am in the proccess of losing 15to 20 lb.
