  • A good rule of thumb is that a proper serving is the size of your closed fist. With time you will know how to measure food just by sight. Keep pushing! If done correctly, you will not have to worry about the weight creeping back on because you will learn how to manage your food intake.
  • I will be eating mostly protein...and saving my carbs for Pecan Pie. That should keep me where I need to be. With the force be with all of you. lol
