Have you tried fitting something sweet into your calorie allowance. Or is there a specific reason you want to eliminate sugar? I find that eliminating foods I enjoy never ends well. I'm forever trying that moderation thingy that some people can do 🤣 I cant eat one cookie - so I don't buy them.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs and avocado and tomato on toast. Lunch - full fat mocha from Costa Handful almonds. Dinner - Turkey and mushroom chilli with cheese broccol and spinach. Protien bar.

Thanks for the replies and advice 😊 The refeeding thread is enlightening and will definitely try that. And I have set my calories at half a pound a week loss and see if that helps with the hunger. I think an extra 200/250 calories a day will really help.
