You should have freaked out about it Before you took your 1st bite. Kinda late now. So, log it and move on.

I find that when I eat what I feel is healthy, I'm less likely to over eat at a birthday party, holiday, or any gathering. So, my suggestion, eat ahead, but leave room for something you can enjoy with the crowd. Fact of the matter, everything fits in your calorie goal.

It's the mentality, if I'm eating a burger and fries, so should you. Doesn't make it your fault whatsoever, nth, I'd get new friends. You either love me, or you don't, thick or thin should not change things. You do what you want with your FB.

The lower number, is a number you set for your heart rate, you don't want to go below this. The higher number, you don't want to have a heart rate above that.

I love my Charge HR 2, I love the data I get, I love the motivation it gives me. I have a high end device, and they are both fairly close in their data.
