What I find is the 'bad' food is full of sugar and fat, both of which tast fantastic together. Our bodies just love them and can't get enough of them especially when they are together. Fat on its own blah! Sugar on its own blah! But put then together = heaven! So beware my friends. Mind you the same could be said for salty…

So how many calaries would I burn in 20 mins? I thought it was around 400 cal, is this about right? I follow a video on YouTube by Amy, Body fit by Amy. There are 4 moves standing and two on the mat. All moves use the entire body, legs core and upper body.

Thanks guys I appreciate the replies. I'm a 38 female, I started off at 12 stone I'm hoping to eventually get to 10 stone. When it comes to measuring my portions I do it by eye. So I should probably really waigh my food properly.?
