The best thing for me is to avoid boredom. It makes me want to cook and or eat. Make sure to set 1 small goal a week. This really helps me because if I look at where I want to be physically I know realistically it is 2 years away. Good luck

I am gluten free due to Lyme disease. Also sugar, caffine and alcohol free. It's hard at first then becomes second nature and you don't miss it. I was a chef for 10 years so luckily I have a vast knowledge of food so modifying recipes comes easy.
