I used to train boxers, as well as do many different contact sports. It was always slow slow heavy reps for strength and bulk. Fast and light for speed and cardio health.

MASHED FAUXTATOES An easy very low carb, low cal alternative to mashed potatoes. INGREDIENTS : Fresh cauliflower (frozen florets doesn't work well with this) METHOD : Chop of the florets. Microwave those fluffy clouds until soft and steamy hot. Then blend into mash.

Studying my intakes against low calorie days has shown me one thing. As fattening as they are, scrambled eggs must suppress the appetite. Porridge doesn't seem to do that for me. So just a cupful of fluffy egg. Maybe add a sliver of smoked salmon.
