It depends on a bunch of factors. You should talk to a nutritionist. They'll ask you specific questions to get a read on how many calories you should intake. For example, I take in 3 thousand calories a day at a minimum. Michael Phelps took in 10 thousand a day. Everyone is different.

I hike at Cowels once a week. Add me if you hike there.

I'm from San Diego also. I like Cowels also, but I do it only once a week. I workout at 24 hour fitness. I like the flexibility of being a member there. Add me. We can hike at Cowels. I do the backside of Cowels because it's harder.
