What's your main reason for wanting to lose weight? I have my reason for going to the gym daily. It drives me to go even when I don't feel like it. I'm one of those people that hate the gym and dislike eating right. But I have that one reason the strengthens my will.

Don't get discouraged if it isn't instant. Just keep at it. Remember to shock your body every now and again when you workout.

I always loose weight faster than my wife. In general, men loose weight faster. Don't give up because of that. Giving up won't help you.

All you have to do is be consistent with working out and be somewhat strict with diet. Do that and you should reach your goal. Stay determined.
