Option go once a week check out the menu and you are still being sociable or have your dinner early but still go and explain not hungry but could still have light starter.

Good post as my weight changed 3lbs today most rubbish had a packet of crisps.

Annoying folk leave empty bottles, I cringe when se fitness instructors giving high 5 I'm like come on lay of cheese.

Swimming still cost you but not as much as a gym membership. Or walking.

At the swimming. Don't likr it when there is rope around it to make one lane someone decides join lane without even asking if it's okay.

1200 calories far to low. Tbh you don't want lose weight fast and risk being unwell but losing weight at a steady pace is best.

That's what I thought I'm not one for strength training more cardio work.

Muscle can put on weight.

If I didn't work I would go 7 days a week but tend to go 3-4 times a week. I wish had energy to go more.

I mix it up sometimes half hour swimming then half hour cross trainer. If people enjoy swimming great way staying fit.

Don't be hard on yourself weight goes up and down.

Not easy my girlfriend eats junk food doesn't put weight on. I try to have replacement for example replace sweets with low fat jelly I replace hot chocolate with low calorie hot chocolate. It's not easy when sweets are about.
