How many calories should I have.
I coach football team and I'm 37 14stone 4lbs. I lost 3lbs but after coaching and I got home late last night and had only half my dinner as felt rubbish woke up this morning. Had to take day of work shattered I think might have a bug. Could be caused not taking on enough calories when I'm coaching try be healthier those…

1- people spend more time talking than working out. 2_- Muscle builders who check Themself in the mirror. 3- folk take pictures themselves in changing rooms. 4- Some gym.instructors who swagger about.

Fave past time to avoid rubbish food
Mine out with gym tends to be a film or watching a football game.

Fitness plans for today
Okay what's everyone typical day mine will be hour at the gym then watch the football. To keep calories down I'll still eat but low calorie crisps , low cal jelly, low calorie hot chocolate, then have oven chips with cold chicken. My bad habit I tend to only like chicken.

Right I sent nutrition bars £2.50 in a shop but still have high calorie counts for do they actually help and if so how.

Getting fit again
Lost just under 2 and half stone before using this put stone half back on. Hardest thing for me cutting out sweets and chocolate what worked before low cab jelly replacing sweets and low calorie hot chocolate replacing chocolate. I am fussy eater which doesn't help chicken fanatic.
