    Welcome to the Board. "Back to being healthy" in which direction exactly - to gain/drop or maintain weight?

    Lost 2 and half stone before but felt was watching everything eat and was doing a lot excercise. Losing weight is the goal.

    Board contributors who usually impart tips will appreciate:
    • Your height
    • Your current weight
    • Your goal weight
    • Your eating plan ("dietary preference")
    • Your preferred workout (duration at a time/frequency - no.of times a week/intensity -light, moderate, vigorous)
