This morning I was 14,stone 4lbs tonight I'm 14stine 7lbs how much can your weight fluxate.

    5+ pounds can be normal. You ate and drank today, so that's weight that your body didn't carry when you weighed in the morning (and why it's best to only weigh in the morning).
