Losing the lbs

On fitness Pal if say you have spare 200lbs left at end of night anyone know how much approx lbs burns off.

Tbh not really set goal lost 2 and half stone before but went from 13stone to 14stone7lbs but since started back last week lost 3lbs in a week.1

1lbs = 3500cal
So 200cal = 0.06lbs
But that's on top of your deficit which is included in your allowance.3 -
Cheers that's helpful for me losing 3lbs a week is my target.0

I'm confused by your post, OP. This is accurate.

unsustainable for the long haul 1lb is 3500 cal so your week would need -10,500 cals 1-2lb is recommended and doable. Fast weight loss burns muscle first then fat so while you might make your goal you'll be skinny fat and easy to bounce back up to same weight when your done with your diet. Shoot for a lifestyle not a diet.5
