3-6 months if losing slowly and it will probarly be someone mentioning it rather than recognising it yourself untill buy smaller sizes.

Chocolate sweets crisps all stuff tastes good.

Tbh not really set goal lost 2 and half stone before but went from 13stone to 14stone7lbs but since started back last week lost 3lbs in a week.

I just can't get into weights. My fave excercise is swimming , cardio work. I thought my days were long.

I can eat before I go to sleep.

Some weight shows good and bad. Sometimes I think when people lose weight they become to obsessed then lose to much.

I would imagine swimming would help and it's something you can do on your own but also take children as well.
