I feel and look the best at about 25% fat - the rest can be whatever XD I find it easier to lose weight (waaaay easier) when I reduce the fat to at least this amount. Just my experience ;)

I don't think sugar is that bad. I eat loads from natural AND unnatural sources and I am in better health than ever before. Sometimes you just have to perceive your reaction and then act upon your results, since we can be all be different in that respect. :)

Oatmeal is great too, I'm really liking some with a banana or apple for these cold mornings ^_^ Sometimes if I want to blend something I'll just make a hot coffee drink, like hot water, milk, coffee, cocoa + sugar, it's hard to drink cold stuff in the winter/ I don't think it's very comforting XDD

I don't track sugar (because counting sugar from vegetables is dumb for me) , however I do consciously avoid foods with sugar in them :) apart from the odd bit of dark chocolate here and there :p

Personally I'm just about hungry enough for something light in calories (I make a protein shake with berries pretty much every morning :p ) And I find it keeps me full until lunchtime so it definitely helps for me :D I find I have less concentration without any breakfast
