Hopefully I make it to the gym after work today. I am off to a miserable start to the day as I overslept and forgot my lunch at home and had to run to the grocery store on my lunch break. Hoping the rest of the day gets better.

Anyone have advice about how to up water intake throughout the day without having to pee constantly? My class has last lunch and an afternoon prep period, so I basically have not been drinking water (or anything) in the morning because I do not have a chance to get to the restroom.
