This is my guy! Half weenie half cocker! Small enough for me to control, but manly enough for my husband. 30 lbs, but sounds like a big dog .

We did Disneyland at the beginning of the month and was worried about totally falling off the wagon, but did surpringly well. The suggestion I can give is to not let yourself get hungry. I took bags of carrots and apples into the park w me, and Snacked on a those. It helped me make better decisions when it came to meals.…

Hi all! My name is Catrina, I'm 32 years old and live in Northern California. I'm a stay at home mom of 2 little girls and 1 dog. I love this thread! As I'm reading through, I have so much I want to comment on, and now I forgot everything. Anyways, I've always known, but never wanted to change my eating habits. The results…

It sounds kinda gross...but I think it tastes good. Roasted sweet potatoes with onions (I make a big batch that will last for most of the week). I warm up a scoop of them and then add cottage cheese. It keeps me full until lunch . Good luck!

Same here! I just added a bunch of u as friends. Currently, don't have any on here. I feel like my body has hit a set weight, and hopefully will eventually release some lbs. I found some info on here about eating at maintenance for a week or 2, and then going back to a deficit. Anyone try this? Side note: I'm still…

I eat like 500 cals of this per day. I'm thinking of cutting back too, but I love it so much! I don't feel deprived, so maybe it's helping?

I set mfp to burn 1/2 lb per week. It puts me in the calorie range for breastfeeding. I have a 1 year old and am only nursing a few times a day, so I figure I can't be burning more than 200 cals

Same here! I was feeling insecure and was blaming my weight gain on my pregnancies. I saw a meme that said "a year from now, you will be happy you started today." It totally hit me, so I changed my diet. I had gestational diabetes with both pregnancies, so it was a familiar diet for me to follow. I started there for a…

Progress pics help so much! I've been pretty good about weighing and taking a pic in mfp daily. I find myself looking at my progress often. Never too late to start! U r doing great!

I set mfp to lose .5 lbs per week to account for an extra 200 cals. My daughter is 12 months too, and I know I'm not producing like I was before solids. I noticed when I first started using mfp and my cals were too low (1200) I didn't lose anything and my milk supply dropped significantly. I shoot to stay between 1500-1800…

I started using mfp after 2 kids. I'm down to my pre pregnancy weight, so I hit my goal overall. I have cut out grains from my diet and try to stick to eating real foods. I have mfp set to lose .5lbs per week since I am still breastfeeding. I figure i will keep my eating the same, and if I keep losing, great! I definitely…

I have a hard time listening to music while running. I do better with podcasts. The Sarah and vinnie secret show and regular morning shows are my go to!
