HIIT all the way. It's tougher but perfect if you don't enjoy doing cardio for long periods. I find Spin Bikes a great way to do HIIT.

As others have said, Beans, Nuts, Protein Powder are good sources. There's high protein breads too if it fits your carb intake.

Happy to help! I've learnt plenty about dropping weight, I think I've lost 30lbs or more on 10 different occasions. Problem is I'm an expert in gaining it back :)

I've been down that road many times before, don't quit. There's many tips you can make use of to break a plateau. I do refeeds occasionally to kick start things again.
