I can't believe how sensitive my tummy is to deep fried food. Ridiculous because I never noticed this before I stopped eating it. What I do is drink fennel tea when I get heart burn.

Therapeutic and mediation practices will definitely be your long term solution but in the meantime, look into calorie density and SOS free eating. You can just do SOS free for 14 days and it usually will totally reset your tastebuds. That's my personal experience but I'm not saying everyone needs to go that far of course

The only way I notice is my clothes and my friends. When I look in the mirror, I feel like I'm the same. I went for 160 at 5"8.5 in height to around 135. No noticeable difference in my head. I think it's just because we see ourself everyday

Ugh when I'm sick, it's mashed potatoes and bread. Sometimes juice. I can sometimes go way under and sometimes way over. If I'm sick enough, it's literally the only time that I don't even bother tracking.

My boyfriend has this problem. His solution is coffe. Mine, is copious smounts of veg. Look at my diary (it's open,) if you want to see the veg ,ethos. Or just drink coffee. Lol whatever floats your bost.

I'm not 100% gluten free but I don't eat any wheat and hardly ever have any soy. You can look at my diary if you want some vegan food. Feel free to message me for any recipes you want

The reason it works for me is that it allows me to really eat BIG meals and not think about food all the time. I don't know if it contributes to weight loss but it does help me with cravings. I have lost more weight since I started, but to be fair, I'm also eating less. So idk what came first.. the chicken or the egg

For me, the sodium makes me way overeat but bulking it up with lots of greens definitely helps. I swear there is something magic in spinach

If I eat any processed sugar or flour products, I totally overeat. Even a bowl of corn flakes triggered this a while back. Carbs, in their whole dorm, do t trigger this but refined carbs definitely do. That's just me though

For me, I got swelling in my face and really hungry all the time. I don't think I could have even eaten a healthy diet with that pill. It was like being on my period every day. It's easier for me to be off it. Just in terms of following the goals I set

Thank you! I have to eat low fat because of my stomach and skin breakouts but I could definitely eat more protein. The thing is that I usually do eat high carb and it doesn't usually cause this reaction but maybe you need to be more protein conscious when working out?

How about you just forget about your calorie goal for today, eat proper dinner, and then go on with tomorrow like it never happened? One day won't stop anything, but I think that eating less as a result will be psychologically damaging (potentially)
