I don't know what it is but my appetite had increased a lot too since I've gotten thinner which seems to be counter intuitive. For me, SOS free diet, was the only thing that helped but you don't have to do it forever. Cutting out, oil, sugar and salt for a little bit co pletely changed my taste buds but it wasn't easy

I really wish I could eat peanut butter but it affects my skin really badly ( I'm not allergic.) I even tried to make it at home and still it breaks me out. But if you can eat it on celery, with no adverse reactions, I. Sure you can definitely fit that in to a balanced diet. It's just peanuts after all!

Yeah, I think you honestly just have to stop entirely. You can cut down slowly, of course but I think that is really hard to do. Zevia is a great brand of of soda sweetened with stevia that you can get in caffeinated form. It's pricey, though.

What I do is that I add everything I cook to the recipe feature, choose a certain amount of servings and then I just divide it into that many containers. Calories may not be exact every time but they will be over the week

Thank you! I froze a bunch of strawberries a month ago and I love rhubarb. I also know a sneaky little trick to make vegan devilled eggs out of potatoes. The lamb part I'll have to figure out but maybe a lentil loaf?
