Hi everyone. I'm back again after being off for a while. Got a rude awakening since being in lockdown. Not walking. Bad knee means running it out of the question so I'm stretching and doing some at home DVDs. Here's to your success. Happy to add new accountability partners. Thanks!

I'm happy to support and hope to get some too. I've have quite a wake up call since lockdown started in UK on 23 March. Please feel free to add me.

Hi. I would welcome more encouragement. I'm getting better with my meal planning. It's exercise that's inconsistent. Trying to fit everything into the day with parenting responsibilities and work is an interesting balance. Good luck to everyone on this journey with me.

I am a big fan of Polar products as well. I have H7 heart monitor and M400 activity tracker. The watch only comes off to charge and the H7 only comes off for bathing and bed. Another tip is to turn off the exercise calories. It's just confusing. Hit your macros. If you burn 500 calories more than you eat per day for seven…

I've got no idea who James Smith is :( :( but I got my IIFYM blueprint and am trying to improve with hitting my macros. I wasn't meal planning very well and that is key. As for exercise, I walk (I live in London and I don't bother with a car) and do circuit training, yoga and sometimes aerobics. Happy to support and get…

That's a really good question! I guess I was thinking back to when I was in my best shape in my 20s. Now I'm mid-40s so I'll have to work harder to get there. Now that you've got me thinking, though, I might amend my goal weigh so it's a bit more achievable. Then move it again when I reach each goal. Maybe it won't be so…

I'm in. My goal is to exercise or walk at least 5 days per week and keep within my calorie allowance.

don't give up. it's even harder when you're going it alone. i don't have many contacts on here so if you'd like to add me for motivation and support, please do!

Sometimes the scale alone isn't the best indication or weight loss/changes. Take your measurements (waist, hips, each thigh and each arm). You might be losing fat while building muscle so the pounds even out. Building muscle is a good thing though as it helps to burn fat over time. I also agree with all the other advice. A…

I'm in London. Slightly older than 20-something. Two stone to lose. Would appreciate the support. Feel free to add me.

If it's not too late, I'd like to join. Thank you.

Can I join? I'm really struggling. Keep gaining and losing the same few pounds.

I'm doing this, too. Can I join? I've got a week in. The only issue is my mom is coming to visit next week and I feel awkward exercising in front of an audience.

My weight has been fluctuating wildly. I've been gaining and losing the same 2 pounds over the last month. I have started a new exercise routine so I'm hoping it's water weight and things will level out soon.
