I don’t cheat. I log everything I eat everyday and try my best to eat under my allowance of calories. Some days I go over but not by much.

My goal weight is to stay a size 8. It was too hard to maintain size 6.

I go to Burn Boot Camp 3 days a week. They have free childcare and an instructor that works with you during the whole 45 minute class. I love it. It’s 15 minutes from my house. $144 a month.

I’m 5’6 and weigh 156lbs. I wear a size 12 pants right now. I started at 175, size 14.

I would look up the BMI weight range for normal weight and go from there. That’s what I did.

I don’t drink it. I feel there are too many chemicals in Coke Zero and similar drinks. It’s a personal preference. My husband drinks it and hasn’t had any issues.

For breakfast I usually have a bagel thin toasted with a tablespoon of peanut butter. It's about 205 calories. Today for lunch I made 5oz of chicken and a can of spinach. It was about 240 calories. That still leaves 755 calories for dinner and a small snack. Drink water, don't use up your calories on drinks. I have coffee…
