Shawn Stevenson's "The Model Health Show" is a great podcast. I've been listening to it everyday going to work for 2 years. Great guests, informative content and a bit of humor.

It's so true that once you start learning how many calories are in a snack, you start to see that it JUST AIN'T WORTH IT every time you crave it. That's how I am learning moderation anyway... and I'm pretty sure a lot of others learn it that way too. Healthy eating doesn't mean you can't enjoy your favorite snacks…
