Huge horror fan here but really been let down by the recent movies I've watched. I quite enjoyed the Blair Witch and Babadook but find these films aren't a patch on horrors made in the 70's and 80's in terms of freight and gore....especially when it comes to "extreme horror"!!

I used to suffer from stitches but found deep breathing really helps. I breath through nose and hold for 2-3 seconds then exhale slowing through mouth and wait another 2-3 seconds before inhaling again......it really works

No its happened a couple of times and always in the same foot (left). Once I slow down to walking pace it starts to disappear but annoying whilst running!!

I'm a 36 year old male and have taken antidepressants (Sertraline) for a while now. Since starting to exercise, I found my general mind-set has vastly improved.....must be all those endorphins! Antidepressants shouldn't stop you

Jthanmyftnesspal - 27 mins for a 5K is amazing and impressive to most of us. I've only managed a 5K possibly times and my fastest is 35 mins!!

I've just completed week 7 by doing a full 25 minutes "running" (around 4.8mph)....and I'm currently around 222lbs!! I haven't followed the plan religiously but it certainly is an excellent guide.

I don't burn that many calories in 30 seconds!!!!
