My go-to has always been "I'm really glad that I have your support no matter my weight, and I know you love me for more than my body and I really appreciate that. Totally this - hindsight is awesome! I have a hard time seeing the changes in my body although I've gone down pants sizes, can see the scale move, and measurements and progress pics show the difference - so if I'm feeling discouraged for some reason I take a look at a report of the past month and see where I was a month…

34 pounds down, 28 to go to my first goal - family, friends, and coworkers have been mentioning the difference lately and I was curious so made this collage today! I can see in photos what I don't see in the mirror! :smiley:
