Did level 1 day 3 today morning, legs are very sore, but the exercises are getting easier

I just started this - did day 2 today, along with 1.5 hour of walking my dog. Have started the shred before a few years ago, but always seem to get bored after 1 week. This time if I start losing my motivation, I’m thinking of switching up the levels sooner.

30DS = 30 Day Shred, it’s a 30 day exercise video with three levels that you can buy as a DVD or on YouTube.

I would like to join! I started with C25k on Wednesday and 30DS yesterday. I’m thinking about doing the C25k thrice a week like the program suggests, and the 30DS on 3 other days of the week, with 1 rest day.

I'm in the 1200 range too! Weekdays are easy, but it's very hard for me to stay under 1200 on weekend nights! With so little room to spare, even one glass of wine and a dinner out throws my diary off. Would love to add new friends to help each other stay accountable :)

CW: 123.6 December Goal: 122 Starting a bit late, just joined MFP this week! My December goal is to stay under my daily calories (1200) everyday (tough with the holiday parties!) and try to get to 122 lbs.
