  • Hey! I ran my first marathon back in January at Disney. I followed a plan from Hal Higdon(google his name) and finished in 3:31:18
  • Probably because 1,000 calories is EXTREMELY low, your body needs 1,200 just for basic functions nevermind your age, height, activity level, etc
  • I always have 3 eggs scrambled with mixed veggies and some avocado, with a banana on the side. Or I have plain oats and mix in protein powder, pb2, some kind of fruit and cinnamon. And of course coffee with just cream
  • MFP is set for 2,700 a day (gain 1-2 pounds a week),which includes my job of being on my feet all day. However, I am a runner so the intake is above 3,000. Struggling to reach that many calories right now, but I'm getting closer
  • My mini goal is to gain 5-10 pounds for my menstrual cycle to become regular again. Even though I have a healthy BMI, it's clearly not high enough for my body yet
  • I am a morning runner (35-50 miles a week). I only have a cup of coffee before I go out as I can't stand running with food in me. I have my running clothes ready on my dresser so it's easy to wake up and change to get my mindset going. I find working out before my day starts gives me more energy and I don't have to worry…
  • I'm here to gain weight, which is definitely hard as a runner. MyFitnessPal has me at 2,700 calories a day to gain 1-2 pounds a week, however, when I exercise I need even more. Definitely hard to reach my daily allowance everyday. Would love to view others meal plans if that's okay!
  • I am a very friendly person but when it comes to working out that is my "me" time. I honestly don't want to be bothered when I'm working out. I am there to get stuff done and continue with my day, I am sure many of the ladies you are referring to are the same way.
  • I love 3 scrambled eggs mixed with veggies and some sort of fruit on the side.
