You should try to eat quinces. It has lots of fiber and its really good for your metabolism. Taking fibers makes you feel like you are full. And I dont know if you hear about WASA products. They have low saturated fats and its good for you too.

No i never went to gym. I have step and pilates equipments at my home, every night I do 30-40 mins sports.
