Sriracha is a staple item in my fridge. I put it on sandwiches, vegetables, squirt it in hummus, add it to soups. You can do anything with it.

I try to stay at a max of 10g, but I bounce between 5g and 15g most days. I've gotten hooked on those bags of Green Giant riced cauliflower and broccoli and thats upped my carb intake a little.

Bingo, that's my issue. I'm a binge eater. I'm doing keto to control my binge eating. I will just eat and eat until I'm close to vomiting. I'm doing keto. I was skeptical about it but honestly a month in I've never felt better. The weight isn't falling off but I feel way less bloated and more energized.
