I agree! It is really easy to consume 500 calories and really hard to burn 500 calories - especially this time of year!! Too easy to stuff a few cookies in your mouth and ruin your hard work! Sigh. Just trying to keep the big picture in mind. Stay motivated!!

Thanks for your help! I logged it under strength and searched for the various types of weight training I did. I guess I shouldn't worry too much - the results should show up in the scale and in the mirror eventually!

Happy Sunday middle agents! Just wondering why MFP doesn't subtract calories for strength training. I entered all kinds of weight training I did today but it didn't register. Rookie mistake?
