I DROPPED 113 LBS IN 10 MONTHS JUST CUTTING OUT EXTRA SUGAR (INCLUDING DRINKS) AND PORTION CONTROL I EAT ALL THE SAME THINGS JUST LESS. NO EXTRA EXERCISE EITHER.

I wasnt under Dr. orders and really didn't plan on it to work out that way. When I cut out the crap and cut my portions that is just what I ended up at.

I DID IT 101 LBS IN 8 MONTHS 1000-1200 CALORIES PER DAY PORTION CONTROL AND CUTTING OUT SWEETS AND DRINKING ONLY WATER AND MILK NO EXTRA EX ERCISE EITHER .

Yes you can I have lost 99 LBS. since March with doing portion control only no extra exercise and cutting the extra sugar out
