I stick with foods that are naturally gluten free. I do eat "gluten free" foods but not very often. Check out pinterest...they have some great ideas.

I have Hashimoto's, PCOS, and Celiac as well. Going gluten free has been the best thing. I used to have knife stabbing pain in my stomach and tinnitus and they are both gone. My PCOS issues are better as well.

My favorite gluten free recipe: 1 cup of orange juice 1 cup of gluten free soy or teriyaki sauce 1/2 cup of light brown sugar 2-4 chicken breasts Place all in slow cooker for 5-6 hours on low. Enjoy with or without white or brown rice.
