No loss this week, I've had a very emotional week but I'm determined to get those 10 pounds off. Just 9 to go.

OK so today is weigh day of week 1. My starting weight was 13 stone 6 pounds and I'm down to 13 stone 5 pounds. I haven't had the best week I did eat a lot of rubbish but it's still a loss. Just got to push harder these last three weeks to get to the 10 pounds goal.

Also my starting weight it 13 stone 5 pounds and goal weight for the month is 12 stone 9 pounds

@lougrace89 I take lots of fruit and cereal bars things like that I love sweet things so I find fruit settles my craving

@lougrace89 snacking is also my problem especially at work so I'm taking lots of healthy snacks with me to have when I'm feeling the urge lol

Yay. I'm glad lots of people have decided to join me. We will all post our pound loss on Monday and our final pound loss on the 19th June. Can't wait to see everyone's results

@amandaeve I'm not following a training plan but they do supply them on the website for tough mudder. I've just got a pull up bar which I'm going to start using and doing pushups, situps and stuff

I did tough mudder last year and literally did not training for it and I managed so I think you'll be fine it's more strength you need especially upper body. It's so much fun. I just wanted to make sure this year I actually got in shape for it and thought it would be good motivation for me to get to my goal for then

Add me I'm new too and need the motivation, I'm a cereal dieter but am doing tough mudder this year so need to get fit for that x
