HI! Welcome! Hoping this helps you. It helps me to remember that it is such little time of the day to commit to, and I have been using this for when I get in a rut. It really helps with motivation and procrastination. :)

Best of luck, happiness, and blessings for the new year for everyone here! My goal is around 115 lbs. December 1: 150 January 6: 139--11 lbs as of…

Hi!! Have some fun playing!! I did have one of those roll ups... and sold it...I wish I would have kept it though, because it would have been nice in our motorhome. I sold it because in order to use it, you have to put it on a table and I didn't have our motorhome then.

WOW! So awesome!!! How do you feel?

Hope your feeling better! Take care of yourself. Zinc is also good.

I did my 15 minutes of guitar...I also added some JamStix exercises when watching tv.
-
Yesterday...I did my 10, and then did some more 10's....I did great yesterday, even added extra walking and cycling. Hoping that someone joins me today!? :) Oh well....it is working for me so far.
-
Woops! I wrote 15 minutes instead of 10...! LOL! Usually, what I find is that if I get going and just do 10 minutes, I usually do more!
-
I did my 15 minutes....actually quite a few...I lost count as I was immersed and took breaks. I am learning so much and finding that it is bringing me so much pleasure...I have learned that the journey is most of the fun...and I am enjoying the journey of learning and playing guitar.

Awesome! Isn't it funny how just 15 minutes a day can bring such happiness and progress in life! Enjoy your piano!! I am working on adding to my guitar 15min/day.....adding piano and then harmonica....it is crazy to me how it is so difficult to do that...when it is just 15 min ---such a small amount of time....I also am…

Yes, I am finding that Intermittent Fasting is a tool I use also. It has helped me have control over several aspects of my daily routine. I have changed my timing as of yesterday to decrease my fasting time and allow for 3 meal times to be able to take my supplements and meds with, so I can space them out more.

Keep it up!! Find some enjoyment!! :) I play piano too, and haven't played for awhile because I wanted to focus on learning guitar. I am going to find 15 today to play piano...I have been wanting to do this for awhile...your post encouraged me!! Thank you!! :)

AWESOME!! ENJOY!! :)

I have been doing my 15 and yesterday started one of my guitar courses from the beginning with a checklist. I like having a guide to learning. It makes me more accountable. Anything to get me playing and learning more. :) I was so intrigued that I spent a few hours learning....I am definitely going to keep this method…
