Still looking for motivated pals to lose all that weight with me!! Just add a note to your friend request saying you found me in this community! My goal this week is to log everything I eat (Good or bad, over or not my calorie goal (1200) ) and not to eat after 8PM since that's a problem for me!! Lol I snack a lot LOL

I find that whenever I weight in, if I see my weight haven't fluctuate the way I want, or/and for the effort I made during the week, I get frustrated, discouraged and binge eat what I can find at the moment. Anyone else in? My goal is to lose 70 pounds. I'm 5.6 and about 220lbs now. My struggle is to remain motivated.
