  • Small goals, it can be running a certain distance. A shirt that you would love to wear, pants etc! small items of clothes spurred me on along with setting certain goals of weight lifting in the gym etc!
  • Yup, lost about 110 pounds and i didn't take any picture at start or along the way due to not really at the time wanting to see my body more than i had to. Do i regret it now? yes i do but i'm happy with how it ended anyhow!
