I'm 41, need to lose 35 pounds. I did this before ,but I was much younger. It's hard and it taking forever for the weight to come off... but Im ready to face it.

Hello! I'm so here with you guys. I have been going hard for a little over 2 weeks. My workouts are serious and my eating; well.lets just say I'm taking baby steps. But keeping it under 1300 call and carbs low.

Im cutting back on sandwiches at lunch and sticking to salads and no carbs for breakfast. Just baby steps here. Oh and I haven't had a sugary drink in 2 weeks. Carbs in moderation, no ever kill tho, they are dangerous and addictive
