I use Wheybolic Protein from GNC. I love the birthday cake flavor, 1 scoop is around 90 calories.

Personally I have found (in addition to squats) adding lunges, and incorporating hip thrusters into your workout can be beneficial. Either with using barbell, or you could grab an ez bar and do them. These both get my butt crazy sore.

I love lifting and have been consistent since late 2015. This is my second time bulking, excited to see where I am in a few months from now!

I'm 5'6" and my first bulk I gained 22 lbs, (fat and muscle). Then I had a successful cut over 3 months and lost 24 lbs and got down to 18% body fat. I am now beginning my second bulk and want to gain 10+ pounds within 4 months
